Google co-founder and billionaire Sergey Brin has divorced his wife, Nicole Shanahan, the result of her having an affair with his long-time friend Elon Musk. Brin co-founded Google, the Alphabet Inc. (where he served as President until 2019 and PageRank. He has amassed a net worth of approximately $90 billion.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Brin filed for divorce earlier this year in California due to the alleged affair and fell out with the Tesla Chief.
Brin and Musk had been friends for years prior to the incident. Brin lent a struggling Musk $500,000 to help fund Tesla production while Musk gifted Brin one of Tesla's first SUVs.
It was recently revealed that Musk fathered two children with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. He has denied all claims that he slept with Brin's wife.
