Payton Grendon has been arrested in the mass shooting in Buffalo that killed 10 people.
The shooting was deemed a racist hate crime after the 18 year old shooter only targeted black people in a Tops Market located in a predominantly black neighbourhood.
Racist rhetoric was also posted by Greydon on the internet and he was already of interest to authorities.
