The verdict is in and Johnny Depp was awarded $15 million in punitive and compensatory damages (Ex-wife Amber Heard was also awarded $2 million in compensatory damages).
Depp sued Heard for $50 million for her allegations of abuse detailed in her after op-ed for The Washington Post in 2018. Heard then countered with a suit against Depp for $100 million.
